JRP Digital Diesel Boost Gauge Kit 0-30 PSI 52mm

With the huge success of the initial launch of the JRP range of gauges in mid-2021, we didn’t waste any time developing more models to expand the lineup. With our ever-growing commitment to our 4x4 customer base, we are proud to introduce the JRP 52mm 0-30 PSI digital diesel boost gauge kit. These compact units are designed specifically for turbo diesel vehicles. Since diesel engines don’t produce vacuum, there’s no need for their boost gauges to display it. That’s why these 52mm LCD diesel boost gauges feature a range of 0 to 30 PSI and only show positive manifold pressures on both the numeric and outer scale display.

We also made changes in the design of this particular gauge compared to our earlier models. Previous gauges used finer blocks for the outer scale display. Since we no longer needed to include vacuum, we had more room to work with, so our design team opted for larger outer scale blocks—resulting in a clearer, more readable display. Despite the change in graphics, these gauges still match aesthetically with our other models like water temp and EGT gauges when installed side by side.

Another upgrade for these 0–30 PSI dedicated turbo diesel boost gauges is the inclusion of a newly developed 3-bar boost sensor. While our other models use the reliable 7-bar MAP sensor (capable of reading up to 99 PSI), it made more sense to pair this gauge with a sensor tuned for 30 PSI. When using the full 0–5V data signal range, the result is improved accuracy and stability. While the 99 PSI sensor is still excellent, we believe in constantly refining our designs, and this was a great opportunity to enhance performance further.
