Refund policy

Order Availability and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product information, or suspected fraud.
  • Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.

Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times may vary based on location and other factors. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery.
  • Express delivery is subject to AusPost or other Courier company. Selecting Express postage does not prioritize your order over standard delivery.  

Returns and Refunds 

Broken/damaged or Missing orders

Due to Australia Post's Insurance Policy and the damage of items in customer's packages we need to inform you of the procedures:

  • In the case of a "BROKEN or DAMAGED ITEM" in your package: YOU (the customer) need to take the complete package including wrapping materials to a Corporate Post Office for assessment. They will retain the WHOLE package until the investigation team have assessed and made their conclusion as to whether they will honour the claim or not. Then you will be able to get your other items back from the Post Office. This is not our policy but the way Australia Post deal with these issues.
  • In the case of a "MISSING PACKAGE" we (CMS4X4) will make the claim through Australia Post and follow up the investigation process.

WE CAN NOT RESEND YOU THE ITEM AS IT IS AT OUR COST AND WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER HOW AUSTRALIA POST OR OTHER COURIER COMPANIES PROCESS THESE ISSUES.

Missing Items or Incorrect Item from Order 

  • If your order arrives and is missing an item, e.g. incorrect quantity or whole item missing, or the item is not what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for rectification. 

Order Cancellations 

  • Orders can only be cancelled before posted out. If you cancel the order before shipment, there will be a 10% cancelation fee. 
  • If canceling after order has been shipped, return postage will be the responsibility of the customer. When the items have been returned, the refund will be processed minus a 20% restocking fee as long as the parts are not damaged. 
  • Order cancelations that have been shipped internationally CAN NOT be returned 

 

  • Warranty Disclaimer on Installed Items:


    All items must be inspected prior to installation.
    Warranty claims will not be accepted once an item has been fitted, unless a clear manufacturing defect can be proven.
    We are unable to cover damage caused during installation, incorrect fitment, or misuse.
    By fitting the product, you accept that it arrived in good condition and was suitable for use.
